If the need arises to dig deeper we  quickly train the teams on how to use  data to drill deep. This is done in a very easy to understand way so the team develops a  fondness to work with data to solve problems. This includes going over probability theory, including the law of large numbers and the central limiting theorem, to the statistical distribution and probabilities of various events, to correlation analysis and testing significance, to developing and testing hypothesis and design of experiments, if needed
